Where Did We Come From?
Before we came to this earth, we lived in heaven, with God,
who is the Father of our Spirits. We are His children, and He loves us. Because we are His children, we each possess unique divine, godly qualities inherited from Him. God has a plan for us which makes it possible to return to live with Him someday.

Why Are We Here On Earth?
Why Does God Allow People To Suffer?
Suffering, death, disease, mutation--is all part of this earthly human life. God, like any parent, does not enjoy watching His children suffer, yet if He were to put a stop to each instance,
we would never have the opportunity to learn by experience-- However, God prepared a plan which allowed a way for His children to be healed from the pains of this earth. As part of this plan, He sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to atone for our sins and to over come physical death. To learn more about the Atonement of Jesus Christ, click here. What Happens To Us When We Die?
As part of Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness, we all must die. Yet our spirit lives on after death, moving into the spirit world. There we will live in a state of misery (hell) or peace (heaven) depending on how we lived on earth, until our body is resurrected, or reunited with our spirit. Then we will return to God's presence to be judged according to our works and desires, with those who have lived the gospel receiving God,
